I support individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, women’s health issues and life challenges, and those wanting to build a more balanced and fulfilling life. HOW I WORK

My aim is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and comfortable.

I have a collaborative approach to therapy and my treatment approach draws on evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Together, we will work towards building practical skills for you to move towards your life goals.

Shepherd's Hill Psychology

Where do I start?

You don’t need a diagnosis or to have to have it all figured out before seeking support. Many people reach out because they feel anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted or they find themselves feeling ‘stuck’ in life. We aim to help you move towards a life that feels more meaningful.
